They have been clipped
Stripped from her once eternal body
Crimson streams from her spine
Pools now on the ground where she stands
Frightful tears flow from her glossy, crystal eyes
Pressing forward into what she has seen but does not know:
The ground harder
The water colder and brown
And the sky grey
How can she stand this world?
Man can be so cruel
Locking herself away will do nothing
Yet it is the only thing she knows to do
She must learn to live again
Walk a new life
Ivory wings
Tossed into the nothingness
Looking simple; nothing as she did before
How will she now be perceived?

Lightning
Lightning
It all went dark.
He stared up at the sky in disbelief
The hues of yellow and blue haunted him
They were everywhere.
Chasing
It all went dark.
She looked at all that was around her
The hunters were all yellow and blue
They were everywhere.
Separating
It all went dark.
The two looked at all they desired
The hues were too much, they were all yellow and blue
They were everywhere.
Searching
It all went dark.
The two gathered what was possible
Red could not be found
They went everywhere.
Then from the pure, unrequited concentration it was done
No longer would the two look through the hunters
They found the substance to complete their sustinance needs.
Although it is not found everywhere red is needed, red is sought after, red is found.
And with their palms touching it was finished for an eternity.
It all went dark.
He stared up at the sky in disbelief
The hues of yellow and blue haunted him
They were everywhere.
Chasing
It all went dark.
She looked at all that was around her

They were everywhere.

The Lip Did It
Tired drowsy eyes meet the lip of the bottle
That sweet simple lip
Wrap yourself around him and encompass all
The sweet liquid runs to meet his exhausted buds
They experience each other and are satisfied
As the dew from the bottle rolls down to touch his chest the liquid begins to run through his veins
That sweet simple lip
Wrap yourself around him and encompass all
The sweet liquid runs to meet his exhausted buds
They experience each other and are satisfied
As the dew from the bottle rolls down to touch his chest the liquid begins to run through his veins

They Are Coming
Coming to a close are the hedges of life
The stars shine but the heart no longer swoons
How can it be that all decency has gone missing?
How can it be that all evil has gone missing?
That which has been given has been taken away
All is gone.
What is left?
Soon the doors will be shut; make haste
Run as fast as your porcelain legs can carry you
Swift are the wings but downtrodden are the thoughts
The stars shine but the heart no longer swoons
How can it be that all decency has gone missing?
How can it be that all evil has gone missing?
That which has been given has been taken away
All is gone.
What is left?
Soon the doors will be shut; make haste
Run as fast as your porcelain legs can carry you
Swift are the wings but downtrodden are the thoughts

Where They Lie
Seek her when the morning is misty and the sun is covered by the lonely grey clouds who hover over the earth in search of a friend
Seek him when the afternoon sun warms the earth and there is plenty to keep him from all dangers of the night
Seek her when the sun has fallen and depression seeks all; she looks to the stars for a companion but they send her none
Seek him when the morning has just come; watch him peacefully in bed without wonder
Seek them if you wish, with no connection between the two
Seek him when the afternoon sun warms the earth and there is plenty to keep him from all dangers of the night
Seek her when the sun has fallen and depression seeks all; she looks to the stars for a companion but they send her none
Seek him when the morning has just come; watch him peacefully in bed without wonder
Seek them if you wish, with no connection between the two
Find Me
Come into the night
Feel my darkness
Come into the night
See my dreams
Come into the night
Hear my eyes talk of all that has come and passed
Come into the misty morning
Feel my cold touch
Come into the misty morning
See my dewy hair hang down below my eyes
Come into the misty morning
Hear my restless legs pass through the fields of desire
Feel my darkness
Come into the night
See my dreams
Come into the night
Hear my eyes talk of all that has come and passed
Come into the misty morning
Feel my cold touch
Come into the misty morning
See my dewy hair hang down below my eyes
Come into the misty morning
Hear my restless legs pass through the fields of desire

Black Eyes
The shadows are overwhelming
She comes in the night to eat his sores
They both know the cost of this feast
The shadows are overwhelming
He comes to listen and contribute to all that has been lost
They both know the cost of this symposium
The shadows are overwhelming
She, with glazed eyes, gazes at the damaged soul that lay before her
They both know the cost of this demise
The shadows are overwhelming
He looks upon dead eyes and reaches to close them
They both know the cost of this detriment
And the night consumes them both
The serrated teeth and the crunching of bones
The images only exist in their minds, but the reverberation and the echoes of silence
Oh the echoes are REAL
She comes in the night to eat his sores
They both know the cost of this feast
The shadows are overwhelming
He comes to listen and contribute to all that has been lost
They both know the cost of this symposium
The shadows are overwhelming
She, with glazed eyes, gazes at the damaged soul that lay before her
